Mulch and Crape Myrtle trim.
To participate in the pruning, please advise them to contact me by email at clwren@sbcglobal.net and I’ll pass that along as a group to LT and they will provide each owner a quote in advance of any work. Also, we recommend pruning the trees from the inside, by eliminating sprouts and suckers, rather than severe cropping of the tree. I’d like to hear from everyone by next Wednesday, February 8.
Last year we had a very nice level of participation and as a result, Landscape Technologies will be providing Lake Point with a new Japanese Maple to replace the one in the front park. This is likely a $500 value alone in the tree. Planting is also at no cost. That keeps are landscape maintenance costs down.
