LakePoint Village was developed by Darling Homes.  The first home was the model at 808 Lake Point Circle.  Home building started in 1995.  The development consists of 62 homes.  Most are single story design.  10% are two story homes.

Lake Point enjoys a variety of residents and families of all ages.  Although the development is attracted to the senior community we do have families with children.

LakePoint is unique with 3 parks and a lake view.  The lake park is ideal for neighborhood gatherings and personal quiet time.  Watching a variety of animals presents  a safe and relaxing atmosphere.

Due to LakePoint’s location and attractive design, home values remain at a premium.  Lake Point has close access to hospitals Baylor Scott & White, (BSW) & McKinney Medical Center. And many physician offices of all professions.  Several major grocery chains and restaurants are also within a 2 mile radius.  Both Stonebridge Ranch and Stonebridge Country Club are close requiring membership.

LakePoint is governed by a homeowners association (HOA) and operates under the care and supervision of a Board of Directors.  The Board conducts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year.  At the meeting facts, figures, and issues are presented and discussed.  The board meets in session several times during the fiscal year.  Residents are invited to attend.  Overall village management is provided under contract with CMA Management Services.

CCR’s are available in the Helpful Hints tab on this website.  LakePoint Village is also governed by the Stonebridge Ranch HOA.  Lake Point residents are required to pay dues and abide by the rules and regulations of both HOA’s.

Front landscapes for the entire village are serviced by Landscape Technologies. They maintain front yards for the entire village on the same day.  This keeps the appearance and attractiveness of the development cohesive and complete.  Backyard service is done under separate individual contract.

67 trees which provide substantial shade are the responsibility of the development.  Tree service for the general area is provided by Paramount Tree Service.  Homeowner tree service can be contracted with Paramount.
